Accepting Applications for Pueblo County Liquor and Marijuana Licensing Board

The Board of Pueblo County Commissioners is seeking interested volunteers to serve on the Pueblo County Liquor and Marijuana Licensing Board. Pursuant to C.R.S. sections 12-47-103(17), 12-43.4-104(5), 12-43.4-103(7), and 12-18-101, the BOCC is authorized to designate by resolution the local licensing authority for liquor, marijuana and dance hall establishments. The BOCC has determined that it is in the best interest of the Pueblo community to have a liquor, marijuana, and dance hall licensing authority independent of the BOCC.

The Pueblo County Liquor and Marijuana Licensing Board consists of seven (7) members, who are appointed and serve at the pleasure of the BOCC in staggered three (3) year terms. Board members must reside within Pueblo County.

The Pueblo County Liquor and Marijuana Licensing Board typically meets on the second Monday each month at 6:00pm (meetings may change for holidays).

Applications will be accepted through December 15, 2025.  To apply, go to county.pueblo.org, select Departments, Boards and Commissions.
